Agnes & Music
Discovering Herself Through Sound
Agnes Tao has loved singing since she was five years old,
when music first became a source of deep joy in her life.
Since she was young, Agnes has been motivated by her beloved mother, supportive family, and the dedicated sisters at her convent school to wholeheartedly embrace a variety of musical activities.
From learning piano and attending vocal training to actively participating in school choirs and exploring Christian music,
all these experiences have greatly contributed to the development of her beautiful voice and nurturing spirit.
Singing at Christmas Eve liturgies, accompanied by bells and pipe organ, was the highlight of the year in her childhood and one of her most treasured memories.

INSPIRATION & Aspiration

Over time, Agnes has come to see that
music is not only something she loves
but also part of her calling.
Her vision is to inspire others to experience
the joy of music through its artistic beauty
- a joy she deeply connects to truth and beauty
as gifts from God. Music, for Agnes, is a way of
drawing hearts closer to Him.
This sense of mission was profoundly deepened
during a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, when she experienced overwhelming peace and serenity
while singing "Ave Maria"
in the Church of the Annunciation.
It was an experience of complete surrender to God.
Since then, Agnes has embraced music
not simply as performance, but as a vocation:
a means of spreading joy, healing, love, and peace wherever God leads her.
